1. What are the delivery times?

Fortune teller shop strives for a fast delivery of the products. Because we ship everything once a week, we can ship cheaper and therefore offer free shipping. This means that the delivery time varies between 5 to 21 working days (this also has to do with whether the product is in stock or whether the product is backordered).

We usually deliver within 10 calendar days. Has your package not been received within 12 working days? Feel free to send us an email, we will then start an investigation at PostNL.

2. I'm not at home during the delivery, now what?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a PostNL location for 2 weeks. You will also receive a notification from the driver, which also includes the pick-up location. After these 2 weeks, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as the return has been processed.

3. Wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you have entered a wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.

4. Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
